Welcome Back!!!

After a year off from blogging, we decided it was time to get back to it!  A LOT has happened in a year.

We were able to open our shop.  Our one month of renovations turned into three months of painting, but we eventually opened our doors.

We worked on numerous projects with our beloved Chalk Paint™ brand decorative paint.  There were too many projects to show you, but here are a few before and after pictures.  What easy and beautiful transformations you can get with Chalk Paint™.

Armiore Before
Armiore After (look, you can even paint the hardware)

Old Radio Cabinet Before
Radio Cabinet turned into a wine storage cabinet

Old French inspired table with a laminate top (Before)

Here it is after!  Yes, we painted that laminate to look like a fine wood finish!

We even painted a pulpit!

We attended a few great events to spread the word about Chalk Paint™.
The picture here is our booth from Ruffles & Rust.  We are getting ready to head back to this show October 12th and 13th.  Visit www.rufflesandrustsquare.com if you would like to pre-purchase your tickets.

The historic part of Arlington had many fun events this year.  We fought for the cure and painted the town purple to support Relay for Life.

Our Dad enjoyed his time at the Show and Shine Car Show with his 36' Ford.

We were able to travel back to New Orleans to learn from the master herself!  Annie Sloan kicked off her US tour with our annual Stockist meeting.  We were able to learn and laugh with Annie Sloan!  Looking forward to our next meeting next spring.

And whats to come at The Bella Bungalow you ask?  We will continue to paint using Chalk Paint™ and add other new products by Annie Sloan as well as add new lines to the store.

Annie Sloan is getting ready to release a new workbook that we are now offering on our website www.thebellabugnalow.com if you would like to pre-order your copy now.

Also coming soon will be Annie Sloan's new home fragrances.

Last but not least....

Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint will be in stock any day.

I know that one post does not even scratch the surface of what we have been up to this past year, but it is a start!

And we promise to keep you all a little more up to date with more frequent posts!

~Happy Painting from the girls at The Bella Bungalow~
